This is the description your AI agent reads to decide when to run this skill — the better it matches your request, the more reliably it fires.
Generates a stakeholder priority map based on SYSMOD stakeholders.Key capabilities
- →Create a two-dimensional map.
- →Plot stakeholders based on risk and effort.
- →Depict each stakeholder with a symbol and name.
- →Use SYSMOD ExtendedStakeholder properties for placement.
How it works
The skill creates a map with risk on the y-axis and effort on the x-axis, then places stakeholders from the prompt according to their SYSMOD ExtendedStakeholder property values.
Inputs & outputs
When to use stakeholder-analysis
- →Map stakeholder risk vs effort
- →Analyze project influence
- →Visualize SYSMOD project stakeholders
About this skill
When creating a stakeholder priority map:
Create a two-dimensional map with risk as the y axis and effort as the x axis. Locate the stakeholders exposed in the prompt according to their risk and effort property values in the map. Each stakeholder is depicted by a stakeholder symbol with its name. The stakeholder are defined by the SYSMOD ExtendedStakeholder which is defined in the SysML v2 SYSMOD library https://github.com/MBSE4U/sysmod-sysmlv2/blob/main/SYSMOD.sysml.
When not to use it
- →Analyzing project influence beyond risk and effort.
- →Mapping stakeholders without SYSMOD ExtendedStakeholder properties.
Limitations
- →The map is two-dimensional, limited to risk and effort axes.
- →Stakeholders must be defined by SYSMOD ExtendedStakeholder.
- →Only plots stakeholders exposed in the prompt.
How it compares
This skill automatically generates a visual stakeholder map using predefined SYSMOD properties, rather than requiring manual plotting or data entry.
