Style Guidelines
Do:
- Use numbers and metrics where possible
- Keep sentences short and direct
- Use bullet points liberally
- Highlight decisions that need to be made
- Include clear next steps with owners
Don't:
- Use jargon or technical terms without explanation
- Include lengthy background (link to appendix instead)
- Bury the recommendation
- Use passive voice
- Include information that doesn't drive a decision
Data Presentation
When including data:
- Round numbers for readability (say "$2.3M" not "$2,347,892")
- Compare to benchmarks or previous periods
- Highlight deltas and trends
- Use comparisons that resonate ("10x faster" not "900% improvement")
Confidence Indicators
Always indicate confidence level:
- HIGH CONFIDENCE: Multiple reliable sources, verified data
- MEDIUM CONFIDENCE: Good sources but some gaps
- LOW CONFIDENCE: Limited data, emerging information
Appendix Guidelines
For detailed information, create a separate appendix file with:
- Full methodology
- Complete data tables
- Source documentation
- Technical details
- Extended analysis
When not to use it
- →When the audience requires detailed technical documentation
- →When the content is not intended for leadership or board review
Limitations
- →Requires data to be summarized into a one-page format
- →Not suitable for long-form technical analysis without an appendix
How it compares
It forces a bottom-line-up-front structure that prevents burying recommendations, unlike standard narrative reports.

daymade
Transforms raw meeting transcripts into high-fidelity, structured meeting minutes with iterative review for completeness. This skill should be used when (1) a meeting transcript is provided and meeting minutes, notes, or summaries are requested, (2) multiple versions of meeting minutes need to be merged without losing content, (3) existing minutes need to be reviewed against the original transcript for missing items, (4) transcript has anonymous speakers like "Speaker 1/2/3" that need identification. Features include: speaker identification via feature analysis (word count, speaking style, topic focus) with context.md team directory mapping, intelligent file naming from content, integration with transcript-fixer for pre-processing, evidence-based recording with speaker quotes, Mermaid diagrams for architecture discussions, multi-turn parallel generation to avoid content loss, and iterative human-in-the-loop refinement.
